Shipping & Handling Policies  

• Handling Time  

 Normal handling time is 3-5 days. During holidays and sales, the handling time is 5-10 days.      

• Shipping Time  
   We use the United States Postal Service and/or UPS for domestic U.S. order shipments.  Domestic Shipments - Shipping time is between 3-8 days from the time it is accepted at the carrier’s sorting facility. 

• Lost Packages  
  If the tracking for the package is marked delivered, Sparkle Nutrition will not be liable for replacing that package. We will make exceptions for specific scenarios. Proof from USPS and/or UPS may be required.  

• Wrong Address  
  Please double check your shipping information, we will not replace packages that are delivered to wrong addresses because of customer error.
